Ruth's coffee beans are grown in the rainforest mountains of southern Ethiopia. All beans are carefully hand picked, washed and naturally dried on an elevated table. Currently on the market, we have coffee from LIMU, SIDAMO and YIRGACHEFFE. If these names sound familiar, it's because these are regions where the first coffee beans were discovered by a goat Shipherd named Kaldi.
