HigherChange is founded by Dr. Thomas Luttrell, PhD, a professional coach and a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist in Maryland (LCM754), DC (LMFT200001211), and California (LMFT 111604). We also offer Christian counseling and Christian marriage counseling.
