My approach matches various techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to the individual needs of my clients. I also incorporate the teaching of behavioral coping skills such as controlled breathing and other mindfulness techniques as well as communication and problem-solving skills coaching.
