Sealcoating starts by power edging all grass, cleaning all cracks and killing off all weeds and grass, power blowing all debris dust and dirt, filling all cracks prior to coating, then hand brush applying a premium coat of asphalt emulsified protective sealant. Hot Asphalt Resurfacing starts by adding a 3 inch layer of Hot Asphalt and compacting. We block it off and it is drivable and walkable within 24 hours.
