“Shineh Art Studio” was established in 2003 to provide individualized art education for students seeking to express their inner creativity through art. Director Shineh (Pronounced Shee-neh) is committed to top-quality/individualized instruction, leading every one of her classes directly. We strive to provide the best education for students. We are conveniently located in the Kentlands, Gaithersburg.
